Call for Abstracts

We want to ensure that everyone has the opportunity to participate in our upcoming conference, so we’ve decided to move the event from October 2024 to April 24 - 26, 2025.
We will celebrate at the same location, The Matrix Hotel in Edmonton Alberta and will retain our speakers, vendors, and fun events but add more of everything for an even bigger event!
We recognize that our recent promotion was too close to the date, resulting in only a handful of registrants. By rescheduling, we aim to attract a larger audience and foster even more engaging discussions.
Thank you for your understanding and support! We look forward to welcoming you in April 2025. Stay tuned for more updates! If you have already registered for October 2024, we are happy to extend a 15% discount for April registration.
